TRANS BUDDY COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Trans Buddy Update and Trans Community Resources During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Trans Buddy will not be providing in-person support during health care visits until further notice. The Trans Buddy phone line is still staffed on our normal schedule and is available to provide emotional support and resources.

We know many transgender individuals are feeling the strain of isolation from the pandemic in addition to fears about access to care and support. We’ve compiled a list of trans-specific and some general resources for this time of uncertainty. These resources include medical providers who offer telehealth, mutual aid and other redistribution networks, and virtual meetups, as well as many others.
